We make our staff applications available to the public on a biannual basis, during which both aspiring Moderators and Developers can apply through our Discord server's application form. In exceptional cases, our High Command may approach potential candidates for these roles for a private interview. We always ensure that the results of these applications are communicated to the applicants directly via private messages.

Indeed, it is widely recognized that PixelBlox bears many similarities to Minecraft, which often gives rise to inquiries concerning the potential infringement of Mojang's copyright guidelines. However, we can unequivocally state that this is not the case. All textures, assets, features, music, and even the framework itself have been exclusively developed by our team, and any third-party elements that we may have utilized are free for public use. While certain issues may have arisen with respect to this matter in our past dealings with ROBLOX, we have since reached an amicable resolution with them.

Our website hosts the ban appeal submission form, and we would like to emphasize that in the event of your appeal being granted by the staff, you will not receive a notification of such decision. Therefore, we advise you to monitor your account status closely after submitting an appeal. Please note that our team will promptly respond to all appeal submissions within a 24-hour timeframe, either accepting or declining the request.

We will only accept partners on the basis that your group is active, familiar with Engineer Studios, you have an active and skilled moderation team and your group is not a small throwaway group. Our partners must share similar values to Engineer Studios, and we will not hesitate to cut ties if we see that your group does not do so. You can contact ESI's managers through Discord.

If you witness any of the above, please report them to another staff member who will have the situation dealt with quickly, and appropriately. You can submit a report through our Discord server. If you don't have Discord account, feel free to leave us a message on our ROBLOX group wall. 

If you bought a gamepass from us and it doesn't appear to be working properly or at all, please immediately submit a report in the ESI Discord server with a screenshot of the Developer console, which you can access by hitting the F9 key on your keyboard. Alternatively, drop us a message on the group wall and we'll look into it as soon as possible.
